We are looking for a secretary who can assist the president
of NEXT Corporation in general! Our business is diverse,
including web production, trading, cell phone repair parts sales,
but basically our main duties are PC data entry and invoice processing in the office.
・Invoicing and order processing
・Preparation of documents (Power Point)
・Filling out order sheets (PC data entry)
・Employee salary calculation
・Customer information registration (typing)
Basically, if you have even the slightest experience with Excel or Power Point,
you are perfectly fine. If you have no experience in secretarial or
general office work, please feel free to apply.
There are not many other companies that offer positions
that allow you to work in general affairs, clerical work, secretarial work,
and sales work at the same time.
We promise that you will improve your skills to become a high value-added human resource.
Even if you were not able to use Excel functions when you joined the company,
you will be able to use Excel to create macros.
The president of the company, who used to propose and consult on inventory
and production management for large companies,
will provide one-on-one support to improve your skills,
